What is the Eat Like an Olympian - Vegetable and Fruit Challenge?
The Eat Like an Olympian - Vegetable and Fruit Challenge is an online 5 day nutrition challenge running
from February 15th-19th. The online nutrition challenge will allow participants to log onto their own
personal website, enter their daily servings of vegetable and fruit and track their daily intake against
other participants. At the end of the challenge all participants are eligible to win a ton of great prizes
including healthy cookbooks, healthy cooking equipment, Canada Game Centre Day Passes, Mount Sima Day Passes,
Stainless steel water bottles and much more.
How does the Eat Like an Olympian - Vegetable and Fruit Challenge work?
Participants will track the number of servings of vegetables and fruits they consume each day.
At the end of each day participants will log into their own profile and input how many servings they
consumed for that day. As part of the challenge, participants will have their daily intake graphed
against other Yukoners.
